Professional at 12% adds eviction protection and rent guarantee options with lower add-on costs. Premium at 15% is our full-service plan with everything included: inspections, photography, lease renewals, eviction protection, and rent guarantee. No add-on fees.

(3) Repair Estimate if needed, with no work completed without your approval. (4) Management Agreement for signature. (5) Property & Owner Setup in AppFolio.
